PETALING JAYA: Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (Axis REIT) has issued its second Islamic medium-term notes or sukuk worth RM155mil.
In a filling with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, it said the proceeds from the sukuk would be used to refinance its existing financing facilities.
