KUALA LUMPUR: Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) and The Prudential Insurance Company of America have teamed up to look into the acquisition of the 100% stake in Uni.Asia Life Assurance Bhd for RM518mil.
Uni.Asia Life is a unit of Uni.Asia Capital Sdn Bhd, which had on Thursday submitted an application to Bank Negara Malaysia for the approval of the Minister of Finance to review its proposed disposal of the stake.
