AirAsia indonesia share offering proposal delayed


KUALA LUMPUR: AirAsia Bhd’s initial public offering (IPO) in Indonesia has been delayed to the fourth quarter of this year or the first quarter next year, group chief executive officer Tan Sri Tony Fernandes said.

“The IPO is still in the process of getting all the regulatory approvals and getting the book right, and this is taking a bit of time,” he told reporters after being interviewed by the Business FM radio yesterday.
