KUALA LUMPUR: Most key regional market fell at the midday break on Wednesday, with Malaysia' FBM KLCI also tracking the decline with profit taking seen in AmBank and Petronas-related counters ahead of the Hari Raya holidays.
At 12.30pm, the FBM KLCI was down 5.32 points or 0.3% to 1,779.32. Turnover was 981.03 million shares valued at RM1.04bil. Gainers led losers 344 to 269 while 309 counters were unchanged.
