KUALA LUMPUR: Allianz Malaysia Bhd is targeting over RM300mil in new business premiums for its life insurance division this year, with plans to have more focus on retirement-based products.
“We’re currently selling 100,000 policies a year. Our leading proposition right now is protection, so anything around critical illness or health insurance is at the moment our best selling products,” said Allianz Malaysia Bhd and Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd chief executive officer Jens Reisch.
