Petronas’ Refinery and Petrochemical complex to be operational in 2017

JOHOR BARU: The refinery complex in Petronas’ Refinery and Petrochemical Integrated Development (Rapid) project in Pengerang is expected to be operational in the fourth quarter of 2017, says the Johor Petroleum Development Corp.

JPDC chief executive officer Mohd Yazid Jaafar said meanwhile, the petrochemical complex in the project was expected to begin operations in 2018.
