Maybank subsidiary BII completes rights issue of 4.69 billion shares


PETALING JAYA: Malayan Banking Bhd (Maybank) subsidiary Bank Internasional Indonesia (BII) has completed its rights issue of 4.69 billion new ordinary shares of 22.5 rupiah (RM0.006) each at an issue price of 320 rupiah (RM0.099) per rights share.

According to a Bursa Malaysia announcement, total proceeds raised from the exercise amounted to about 1.5 trillion rupiah.
