KUALA LUMPUR: Analysts appear upbeat about the appointment of Morten Lundal as chief executive officer (CEO) of Maxis Bhd
but are somewhat surprised with the pace of the appointment after Johan Dennelind had earlier turned down the post.
On Tuesday, Maxis announced that it had hired Lundal, who would be assuming the post of CEO and executive director on Oct 1. Lundal, who was formerly the CEO of DiGi.Com Bhd, is currently Vodafone Group plc group chief commercial officer.
