PETALING JAYA: Penang-based MWE Holdings Bhd was “attracted” to the potential of the 233-km West Coast Expressway (WCE) project and that’s why it proposed to buy a 22.15% stake in Kumpulan Europlus Bhd (KEuro), the majority owner of the upcoming expressway.
