KUALA LUMPUR: The Employees Provident Fund Board (EPF) has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of UEM Sunrise Bhd
after it disposed of 2.12 million shares on July 5.
A filing with Bursa Malaysia showed that after the disposal of the shares, its shareholding was reduced to 216.469 million shares or 4.97%. The threshold to be a substantial shareholder is 5%.
