KUALA LUMPUR: The FBM KLCI was seen higher on Tuesday morning, with investors' training their eyes on developments in Japan as the Nikkei 225 continued on its steep decline.
At 9.10am, the local bourse inched up 1.63 points or 0.09% to 1,768.76 after opening in the red.
