KUALA LUMPUR: The FBM KLCI ended Tuesday on a firmer note, boosted by UEM Land as investors' interest picked up after the company posted a set of stellar quarterly results.
At 5pm, the KLCI climbed 9.03 points or 0.51% to 1,776.16 after opening in the red in early trade. Turnover was 2.57 billion shares valued at RM2.75bil. There were 633 gainers, 239 losers and 244 unchanged counters.
