Wing Tai Q3 net profit up 19%


PETALING JAYA: Property developer Wing Tai Malaysia Bhd has recorded a 45.6% leap in revenue to RM170mil for its third quarter ended March 31, while net profit rose 18.61% to RM28.2mil from RM24.28mil in the previous corresponding quarter.

In a filing with the stock exchange, the developer said its nine months ended March 31 saw revenue jumping 32% to RM427.2mil compared to RM323.5mil in the previous corresponding period, mainly due to the higher revenue from the property development and retail divisions.
