Crest Builder in land agreement


PETALING JAYA: Crest Builder Holdings Bhd has entered into a joint land development agreement with Syarikat Prasarana Negara Bhd to develop the parcel of commercial land in Dang Wangi.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, it said the mixed development has a total gross development value of RM1.038bil, and that Prasarana would be entitled to 21.2% or RM220mil of the GDV.
