KUALA LUMPUR: United Malacca Bhd (UMB) has come forward to explain that it was not selling the two parcels of oil palm land of 25,000 acres in Kinabatangan, Sabah, claiming that the documents purportedly signed by its directors had been forged.
UMB had received some documents purportedly signed by its directors indicating its intention of selling the Millian-Labau Land.
