KUALA LUMPUR: RHB Research is maintaining a Neutral recommendation on Axis REIT with a higher target price of RM3.56 from RM3.10.
It said on Tuesday it revised its terminal growth value to reflect the positive longer-term growth opportunities from the Johor industrial segment.
