YOUNG and impressionable Nitin Nohria never in his dreams imagined that he would one day become Dean of Harvard Business School. Having grown up in India, he observed his father, a business leader go about his daily work. “My father was a business leader in India and had been CEO of a very large company. But he had always dreamed that he'd own his own company one day. So, as a son, I felt I would fulfil that dream: to become an entrepreneur,” Nohria tells StarBizWeek.
