KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia's blue chips closed higher on Tuesday, buoyed by a rebound in Genting Bhd and Petronas-related stocks.
At the close, the FBM KLCI was up 2.76 points or 0.16% to 1,700.53. Turnover was 762.91 million shares valued at RM1.46bil. There were 275 gainers, 366 losers and 318 counters unchanged.
