KUALA LUMPUR: Emas Kiara Industries Bhd is buying 80 acres of industrial land in Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park for RM33.45mil cash from the Sabah Government.
Emas Kiara said on Monday it would team up with K.K.I.P Sdn Bhd, a unit of the state government, to develop the land.
