Sanichi’s cash call oversubscribed

PETALING JAYA: Sanichi Technology Bhd’s proposed cash call has been oversubscribed by 1.27 times.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the exercise had been oversubscribed at close of acceptance on March 6.

The exercise involves the issuance of 120.97 million new ordinary shares of 10 sen together with up to 60.5 million free warrants at an issue price of 10 sen per rights share on the basis of two rights shares and one free warrant for every two existing ordinary share of 10 sen each.

Listing on the ACE Market is expected to be on March 20.
