KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia's blue chips broke out of the negative zone on Monday as late buying of Tenaga and Maybank propelled the 30-stock FBM KLCI to a higher close.
The KLCI was in the red most of the day, as investors stayed on the sidelines, before some funds took the lead in the last hour of trade, picking up index stocks.
