KUALA LUMPUR: Foreign investors stepped up their purchase of Malaysian equities in the week ended March 8, buying net RM1.12bil of shares in the open market, according to MIDF Equity Research.
The research house said on Monday so far this year, foreign investors had bought RM5.7bil net of Malaysian equities compared with net RM13.7bil in 2012.
