PETALING JAYA: Ariantec Global Bhd is calling for an EGM on March 25 to remove the following directors from the company: Datuk Abd Gani Yusof, Dr Vincent Loy Ghee Yaw, N. Chanthiran Nagappan, Lee Teck Meng, Choy Chean Yen and Mohd Kamal Omar.
It is then looking to appoint Datuk Chin Yew Sin, Ling Yew Kong, Tan Kian Hong, Ng Wee Peng and Lew Cheong Teck as new directors in the company.
