PETALING JAYA: DRB-Hicom Bhd
has incorporated Faurecia Hicom Emissions Control Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd as the joint-venture company with its French partner Faurecia Exhaust International SAS (FEIS).
In filings with Bursa Malaysia, it said its unit Oriental Summit Industries Sdn Bhd would have a 35% stake in Faurecia Hicom, while FEIS would own the remainder.
