Gamuda seeks to further talks


PETALING JAYA: Construction giant Gamuda Bhd has written to Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Bhd (KDEB) to seek further discussions and negotiations to obtain clarification on the indicative terms and conditions for the proposed purchase of a 100% stake in Syarikat Pengeluar Air Selangor Holdings Bhd.

Gamuda said in an announcement that it was willing to pursue an agreement with KDEB, subject to all matters being satisfactorily concluded and agreed upon.
