PETALING JAYA: Billionaire Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Al-Bukhary has raised his interest in Tradewinds (M) Bhd with an indirect stake of 282.5 million shares, or 95.28%, in the company, following the recent success in his bid to take the company private.
According to a filing to Bursa Malaysia, Perspective Lane (M) Sdn Bhd a company in which Syed Mokhtar had indirect interest had acquired 155.1 million shares in Tradewinds at RM9.30 each.
