PETALING JAYA: The external auditors of Silver Bird Group Bhd have expressed a disclaimer of opinion on the company’s latest audited accounts for the financial year ended Oct 31, 2012.
In a filing to the stock exchange yesterday, the external auditors said that based on the significance of the matters mentioned in the financial statements, they had not been able to obtain sufficient appropriate audit evidence to provide a basis of an audit opinion.
