PETALING JAYA: Seven directors of Can-One Bhd have been publicly reprimanded by the regulators and fined a total of RM350,000 for breaching the Main Market Listing Requirements.
In a statement, Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd said Can-One was publicly reprimanded for breaching paragraph 9.16(1)(a) of the listing requirements in respect of the company's announcement dated Jan 5, 2012, which was issued in response to the unusual market activity (UMA) query from the regulators.
