KUALA LUMPUR: Gartner, Inc. forecasts business intelligence (BI) software revenue in Malaysia to rise 9% to RM114.50mil in 2013 from a year ago as companies seek to improve their decision making processes and analysis.
On the global scale, it said the revenue was expected to increase 7% to US$13.80bil from a year ago and hit US$17.1bil by 2016.
