KUALA LUMPUR: Petra Energy Bhd
is buying an accommodation work barge vessel for US$14.10mil (RM42.30mil) from Koi Marine Ltd.
It said on Thursday it had signed a memorandum of agreement with Koi Marine to purchase the vessel "Otto 3" which it had chartered for three years from Feb 24, 2010 to Feb 24, 2013.
