Higher Indochina sales lift F&N Q1 net profit


PETALING JAYA: Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd’s (F&N) net profit for its first quarter ended Dec 31, 2012 “sweetened” by 36.81% to RM57.11mil from RM41.75mil a year ago, mainly contributed by Dairies Thailand’s business recovery and increased market penetration in Indochina.

Its revenue rose 17.54% from RM743.3mil in the preceding corresponding period to RM873.7mil.
