By DANIEL KHOOLIZ LEE

PETALING JAYA: Two shareholders, who own more than 10% of Metronic Global Bhd, seem to have almost succeeded in their quest to remove four directors and appoint four new ones to the board.

Metronic announced to Bursa Malaysia that it had appointed four new directors, who were sought by the two, to the board of the company, which is set to hold an EGM over the matter on Friday.
