Geared to expand: Tamco, which makes switchgears, exports 70% of its production.
MUMBAI: India's Larsen & Toubro (L&R) plans to push the revenue of its Malaysian unit, Tamco Switchgear (M) Sdn Bhd, to RM950mil by 2016 from RM450mil, at present, by way of expansion, according to advisor to the chairman R.N. Mukhija.
“Since we acquired Tamco, we have doubled the revenue by continuously investing in research and development (R&D),” he said.
