PETALING JAYA: Datasonic Group Bhd
has received a letter of award from the Homes Affairs Ministry for the supply of an additional 10 million new raw MyKad under a RM180mil contract for a two-year duration that ends on Dec 31, 2013.
Through its wholly-owned subsidiary Datasonic Technologies Sdn Bhd, it will supply MyKad made of 100% polycarbonate material with new security features to the National Registration Department.
