VEGOILS-Market factors to watch Nov 30(Fridat)

KUALA LUMPUR: The following factors are likely to influence Malaysian palm oil futures and other vegetable oil markets on Friday.

FUNDAMENTALS

* Malaysian palm oil futures fell to a 2-week low on Thursday, extending losses for a third straight session as weak sentiment dominated the market with investors worrying about record high stocks.

* U.S. soybeans rose to a three-week high on Thursday, bolstered by strong soy product exports and forecasts for continued wet weather during the planting season in Argentina.

* Oil prices rose on Thursday for the first time this week as investors grew more optimistic that U.S. lawmakers will resolve a budget fight and increasing Middle East tensions stoked fear about potential disruptions to oil supplies.

MARKET NEWS

* U.S. stocks and the euro rose on Thursday but remained pressured by comments from top Republican lawmaker John Boehner, who indicated no substantive progress in the last two weeks in talks to reach a U.S. budget deal.

* Commodities rebounded on Thursday, with oil and metals markets staging their biggest rallies in more than a week, as investors became more hopeful the so-called U.S. "fiscal cliff" can be fixed before the year-end.
