Golden Plus strikes off 5 units

PETALING JAYA: Golden Plus Holdings Bhd has struck off five of its wholly-owned subsidiaries as part of its group internal rationalisation exercise.

The group had on Tuesday applied to the Companies Commission of Malaysia to strike off Riverchart (M) Sdn Bhd, Sumber Padu Sdn Bhd, Syarikat Kota Gellingi Quarry (Jerantut) Sdn Bhd, Indah Mahsuri Sdn Bhd and Goldbase Sdn Bhd.
