KUALA LUMPUR: SILK Holdings Bhd is mulling to expand part of the SILK Highway in the financial years ending July 31, 2013 (FY13) and FY14.
The company plans to expand a 3km two-lane strecth (both ways) along the UPM and Uniten interchanges.
