WCT buying lease of land in Medini for RM99.46m

KUALA LUMPUR: WCT Bhd is buying the lease for 18.12 acres in Medini, Johor for RM99.46mil for a mixed development project.

It said on Friday its unit, WCT Acres Sdn Bhd had signed a conditional lease purchase agreement with Medini Land Sdn Bhd to acquire the lease.
