KUALA LUMPUR: The local benchmark FBM KLCI ended the day at 1,674.67, 2.11 points or 0.13 % higher, playing to the Asian economic resilience despite minor pullback from US markets closures.
Asian bourses rose largely, following signs of US consumer spending recovery and before a Bank of Japan meeting but there was were also a cautious mood, with US markets closed for a second day running due to Hurricane Sandy.
