KUALA LUMPUR: Moody’s Investors Service says its Asian Liquidity Stress Index (Asian LSI) rose for the third consecutive month in September and now stands at 23.8%, up from 21.8% in August and 16.8% in July.
Moody’s senior vice-president Laura Acres said: “The index is now at its highest level since the first quarter of 2010.”
