PETALING JAYA: Seloga Holdings Bhd is believed to have provided additional information to the Securities Commission (SC) last Friday as part of its restructuring plan submitted earlier.
The restructuring plan is necessary to regularise the financial position of the company so that this PN17 company can find its way back to be listed on Bursa Malaysia. The additional information spells out the future business and earnings capabilities.
