Hino to set up plant in NS

PETALING JAYA: Hino Motors Ltd, a leading Japanese maker of trucks and buses, will set up its first manufacturing plant in Malaysia in joint venture with long-time partner, MBM Resources Bhd.

Hino Motors and MBM said in a joint statement that the Japanese firm would hold a 58% stake in the joint-venture company, Hino Motors Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd, with the balance owned by MBM.
