KUALA LUMPUR: OSK Research expects the Budget 2013 proposals to be election friendly as the government assures the people about its steady stewardship of the economy amid global uncertainties.
In its Budget outlook report, the research house said on Wednesday the proposals would include measures to show its ability to share the fruits of economic growth with the people, especially with the lower income population.
