KUALA LUMPUR: Blue chips advanced in early trade on Friday in line with key regional markets, riding on the positive news from the US and some firmer commitment to resolve the Euro zone debt crisis.
At 9.31am, the FBM KLCI was up 1.77 points to 1,651.86. Turnover was 259.84mil valued at RM129.17mil. There were 195 gainers, 110 losers and 176 counters unchanged.
