KUCHING: The Sarawak government may opt for foreign participation in developing forest plantations to achieve its target of having one million ha by 2020.
The state Resource Planning and Environment Ministry's Permanent Secretary, Datuk Sudarsono Osman said the foreign involvement would only happen if local companies were unavailable to achieve the target.
