Where you currently are matters

MY recently-launched book, Take on Change, is basically my personal take on 50 perspectives to succeed in organisational change.

I find that the book has taken a life of its own now that it has hit the shelves. What I thought to be “serious”, “should know” perspectives were not the ones readers identified most with. Instead, they identify most with what are relevant to their current challenges at work and where they are at their own change journey.
