KUALA LUMPUR: Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Bhd (KPS) is venturing into the mobile virtual network operations (MVNO) by investing RM23.24mil for a 30% stake in Ceres Telecom Sdn Bhd.
KPS said on Tuesday it had signed an investment and shareholders' agreement with Samena Telecom Ltd, Connect Mena Ltd Jebel Ali Free Zone and Ceres Telecom Sdn Bhd for the proposed investment in a MVNO.
