Fazlur appointed TNB CFO

KUALA LUMPUR: Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) has appointed Fazlur Rahman Zainuddin as chief financial officer (CFO), succeeding Mohd Rafique Merican Mohd Wahiduddin Merican.

Mohd Rafique left TNB to join Malayan Banking Bhd as its group chief financial officer effective June 1. Prior to joining TNB, Fazlur had been the CFO of Naza Group of Companies since July 2010. Fazlur is also a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom.
