KUALA LUMPUR: Blue chips advanced on Wednesday, in line with regional markets after the Group of Seven nations agreed to coordinate their response to Europe's turmoil.
At 10.34am, the FBM KLCI was up 4.88 points to 1,565,24. Turnover was 174.96 million shares valued at RM172.41mil. There were 226 gainers, 122 losers and 217 stocks unchanged.
