PETALING JAYA: Media Chinese International Ltd
(Sin Chew Media Corp Bhd) via its wholly-owned subsidiary Mulu Press Sdn Bhd has acquired the entire equity interest in Malaysia Daily News Sdn Bhd (MDN) from Progresif Upaya Sdn Bhd for RM240,000.
After the acquisition, MDN will be an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Sin Chew.
